Emergency card

A card for your wallet: what someone should know about you when you cannot say it yourself. You decide every word. Fill in, print, fold — done.

Stays with you: No account needed. What you enter here is stored only in your browser (so the card is still there next time) and is never transmitted to anyone — not even to us. We see none of it. "Delete everything" removes it.

The card is self-reported information, not a medical certificate. It collects what you say about yourself — it makes no diagnosis, recommends no treatment and replaces no official medical card (allergy card, anticoagulation card, implant card). Keep carrying those. In an emergency: 112 in the EU, 999 in the UK, 911 in the US.

What goes on the card

Every field is optional. Anything you leave blank does not appear on the card. Short lines beat full sentences — the card is usually read standing up and in a hurry.
