What's new
What has changed in mypacing.
A short list of what is new in the app, newest first. It helps you keep track, even if you do not read every update.
October 2026
- Read aloud. The button at the top right reads the whole page aloud, the small button on a card reads just that card. Numbers are spoken more slowly.
- Everything is optional. One answer is enough for a check-in. Effort, recovery, energy points, the emergency card and your own reminders are up to you.
- Several activities at once. You can add several activities in one step.
- Resting heart rate without a value from your watch. If your device does not provide a resting heart rate (for example Oura), mypacing works it out from your heart rate during sleep.
- Take a break. Under “Me” you can hide the day picture, daily form and pulse mark until a date you choose.
- App lock and widget. If you like, mypacing only opens with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. The “Today” widget is now also on iPhone.
- More in your own entries. New: “Weekly rhythm” and “Wellbeing on days with and without a tag”. You can also open your entries in the month calendar.
- Search and download. Search your notes, plans, activities and tags, and download filtered entries as a CSV file.
- History. More daily values with charts and tables, numbers on the sleep and step bars, and your body weight. You can compare two periods of your choice.
- Safer saving. Without a connection your check-in is kept on your device. If saving fails, what you entered stays.
- Quiet moment. Enter break times and rounds directly. You can get a notification or vibration when the phase changes. With reduced motion, the breathing ball stays still.
- Newsletter. Sign up or out yourself in your profile.
- Quick guide. A “First steps” list helps you get started.
September 2026
- The new app. mypacing was rebuilt. Your account and all your entries stayed, and you sign in as usual.
- Day picture and day plan. The day picture compares your values with your own usual range. In the day plan you hand out energy points and set your own daily budget.
- Quiet moments. A breathing pace to follow and a break rhythm.
- Tags, templates and reminders. Add your own tags to a day, save days as templates, add a plan to your calendar and set up to five reminders of your own.
- A whole year at a glance. Your history covers a full year. Press and hold the app icon to open check-in, day plan or quiet moment directly.
- Easier to read. Dark mode, larger text and better screen reader support.
