mypacing for iOS.
Your companion for personal reflection and daily planning.
A view of your day
The daily overview shows resting heart rate, HRV and sleep compared with your own usual range over the last four weeks. Steps complement the overview. The 20-second check-in records how you feel, perceived sleep, mental load and quiet time, along with your own notes.
Trends show your values over time and let you search your entries. In the daily plan, you assign energy points and your daily budget yourself; mypacing adds them up. Breaks are part of the plan. Quiet moment and break rhythm provide a breathing pace to follow and breaks you choose.
The homepage describes the current product. Features in your installed app depend on its version; the website may show new features earlier. Check the description and updates in the App Store.
Apple Health: you decide
mypacing can read resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep and steps from Apple Health where values are available and you allow access. Health permissions are optional; choose each type of data individually. Values available on iPad also depend on what is present in Apple Health.
A watch or other device must first make its values available in Apple Health. This does not promise an automatic direct connection to Garmin or Oura. For missing values, see help with your values.
Installation and next steps
- Open the App Store using the button above and install mypacing. Updates also come through the App Store.
- Try the demo with fictional values without an account. Your own values and check-ins require an account.
- If you want to use Apple Health and your app version offers it, open setup in the app and choose your health permissions.
- Start with your check-in and a daily plan you choose yourself.
You can also try the web demo without an account. Using Android? See the Android app and download information.
